Caitlyn

Caitlyn is the voice behind the phone, the friendly face at our front desk and the one sneakily taking photos of your pets for our social media! 

She’s been holding down the front desk for the past four years and has become a familiar and trusted point of contact for clients and their pets, always happy to have a chat (and a cuddle with a puppy). With a background in customer service and a lifelong love of animals, Caitlyn brings both warmth and efficiency to her role as our clinic Receptionist.

Outside of work, she’s either out in nature, behind a camera, or starting yet another new creative hobby she absolutely doesn’t have time for.
